I am a NASM certified personal trainer as well as a nutrition coach with a focus in macro counting and knowledge in identifying food group gaps. I have always been passionate about learning handstands and inversions. This passion quickly developed into me learning how to efficiently build muscle mass to be able to support such holds. Tyler has been in sports, starting at 4 years old and is currently playing baseball at Western Washington University, majoring in Kinesiology. He got his CPT through NASM. He has also coached youth wrestling for 5 years and high school baseball for 2 years. Tyler loved helping others reach their goals and gain confidence in themselves after struggling with low self-confidence most of his life. Alex has been in the fitness industry for almost 10 years. He got his start helping his brother lose weight, and liked the process so much he got certified as a personal trainer and fitness instructor through Action. Since then he has trained clients of all ages and skill levels.
