Pool Hours beginning September 1st:

Adults (17+. ID REQUIRED)

5:00am - 9:45pm M-F  (5am-8am is lap swim only)/

7:00am-9:45pm Saturday and Sunday

 

Lifeguard hours (Under 17 years old)

4:00pm - 8:00pm Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday (no family swim on Tuesdays and Thursdays)

  • Respect and follow all HFIT rules posted at the facility

  • No Food in Pool Area

  • No alcohol

  • Adult Swim is 17 years of age and older.

  • Family Swim is during lifeguard hours only. 

  • Must be toilet trained or wear a swim diaper.
